Anyway, the next event this spring was the much anticipated first lost tooth and subsequent visit from the tooth fairy :-). Tori was the lucky one to go first. This was appropriate since losing a tooth was SO important to her. Her tooth wiggled and wiggled and wiggled, but she didn't want anyone to pull it for her. Finally, on Friday, May 7th, she bumped into her friend, Sam at soccer practice and poof! the tooth was gone. Not sure if she swallowed it, or if it became one with the soccer field, but that tooth was gone. Luckily the tooth fairy was very understanding and accepted our note.
Elli lost her first tooth on June 7th. Again it wiggled & wiggled and Mommy & Daddy are both a bit queasy so no one pulled it. One morning I made the girls egg sandwiches for breakfast and Elli's was unusually crunchy - yup! That was her tooth! We managed to salvage a small fragment to leave for the tooth fairy & she made yet another visit.

Sounds like fun times. The girls are so cute with their missing teeth.
Still just as beautiful as always, even with missing teeth!
Some kids go through a funny looking period, when teeth start falling out. Not a chance at your house!
