It was a school day, but we managed to make it pretty special. Elli always wants curled hair, so we spent a good part of the morning putting hair in curlers to get those elusive curls. I didn't expect much, but they actually had some curls when it was all done. They looked great, but they look great no matter what their hair looks like :-). After school we got balloons, ate ice cream and came home for their favorite dinner of tacos. Opened a few presents and the day was over! Wow! That was fast! How did my babies become 6year olds??

Tori decided a little late in the game that she wanted curls, too. I'll have to get a second set of curlers for next time :-).
A few goodies - it was all princess, glamour and ballet for Elli. Stuffed animals, soccer & "hip" for Tori. I got those skechers for $15 at Kohl's!! Unfortunately they were too big & had to be returned :-(

It sounds like the girls are having a wonderful summer and had fantastic Birthdays too. Gotta love the deal on those skechers! Try going to Kohl's online and see if you have luck finding her size there.
When Allie saw Elli's hair, she started telling me over and over that she wanted hers that way too.
Too funny, because my little gal has a long way to go before her hair is long enough to even think about trying to put a curler in...
