But anyway, sometimes it all does come together, if even for a moment or so, and it warms my heart. Yesterday morning, Ryan decided to join his sisters while they were "reading" and best of all - no drama! - one of those moments.... So cute to have all three of them lined up together. Sure wish I had closed the linen closet, first, though. Now the whole world (or my two or three readers) know we use Scott Tissue - our secret is out :-)
Just another thing I wanted to capture - Ryan will take any opportunity to go for a "wy" (ride). Anytime anyone is bent over, lying down or on all fours give him about 10 seconds and Ryan will be on your back. Sometimes a challenge to keep your sense of humor, but I know one day I will miss it, so I had one of the girls take this picture for posterity. (Note to self: Never, ever cut your own bangs.)

greetings from your fellow taiwan-travellers! and happy 1-year anniversary!
elizabeth, sam, james...and julia, who joined us from china in july!
I'm so happy to see that you are posting again. Looks and sounds like Ryan likes to be in middle of things like somebody else I know...
We have some of the very same issues here at our house too!
Your bangs don't look bad at all, btw. I've done much worse to myself over the years and I'm not just saying that...
Hope that your kiddos enjoyed the snow fall and were able to get out and play.
We got hit with some snow over night too and the kids were able to go out and play today, but not for long because of the nasty wind it was too cold. Hopefully nicer day tomorrow.
Take care
Not to worry! As a Mom to three I'm lucky if the darn toilet paper makes it to the closet! It goes from Costco down the drain! LOL
So if you're need of a little massage teach that boy to go "surfing" on your back instead of riding. Makes for a great break for Mom and entertainment for the kiddos! In fact I bet the girls line up to go surfin' too! Need a little inspiration? Invest in the Backyardigans Surfs Up DVD!
Note to self. . .or note to you from me. . .you can cut your bangs by yourself, but be sure of two things. 1. Bangs must be dry, and preferably styled aka day-old hair so your bangs are in the correct position prior to the cut. 2. Don't lift to cut - just cut while they're against your forehead! I've learned the hard way but now cut my bangs almost weekly. I like them "just right" so small frequent trims do the trick!
I enjoy your "real life" moments. . .keep 'em coming!
